New Red Chilli

The food was brilliant, the staff went above an beyond to satisfy all 6 of us that visited, will definitely go agajn

First time ordering from here as couldnt be bothered to drive to being cymru (our fave) and this is on the doorstop. Ordered online before opening (3.40pm) and order confirmation said would be delivered by 6.15pm. Actually came just before 7.15pm and food was lukewarm except onion bhaji which were freezing and rock hard. Chicken tikka massala, pilau rice and nan breads were nice just not warm enough. Probably wouldn't order from here again unfortunately probably stick to our usual.

The food is of a hight standard!

However customer service was poor. A no show delivery and no phone call to update us of this. We had to intervene by going to pick up from the restaurant ourselves. 4 poppadoms given as compensation.

Lovely food but pre ordered around 16:45 to get in early and the estimated delivery time of 18:15 turned into 19:00 so this was disappointing.
This was a Monday evening too.
Won't stop me ordering again but delivery times are a bit excessive and we are very local too.

Absolute joke!

Food took over 2 hours to arrive (on a Monday) and when it came it was freezing cold! Rang the restaurant and they told me that nothing could be done. They did however offer me a 10% discount next time....there will be no next time!

Cold poorly laid out. Had to move tables around 3 times while we waited 1hr for our food. Food was good.

Omg, our meal last night was absolutely delicious, first time ordering from you but rest assured, we will be back soon and there after. Cheers guys, amazing.

The food was ok,the waiter was dreadful he had a real attitude and couldn't be bothered.will never go back,over all experience was poor.
