Went in to open an account for my kids
Had 3 of the with me after 45 mins waiting the 3 yr old boy got restless and starting playing with the table then swinging on it a Lloyds female staff worker was rude and abrupt telling me to keep my 3 yr old under control

I left but as I was leaving another member of Lloyds staff asked me did I still want to open my children's accounts

My reply tell that moany Bird to shove it up her arse.

We complained to head office.

Each time I visit I feel this bank is less interested in serving a customer. 6 till desks and only 1 staff member to help seems a regular occurance

Menager helped me out with online banking and other things himself while other workers awas busy, every time i came i had to wait max for 3 people before me , hard to believe in those negative comments

Beautiful iconic building, well looked after and set in a prominent place next to The Stump. Not a customer of theirs so I cannot comment on the service.

AWFUL! I hate this bank! The queues are usually very long and slow moving. Usually only two staff working at the desks and they are often interrupted by other staff, (very ignorant!), and spend time trying to persuade people to open different accounts, or whatever, despite huge queues. Horrible experience almost every time.

Nice bank, very welcoming staff, clean environment. Can have fairly long queues. However there is lots of atms, 2 inside 3 outside aswell as the bankers themselves

Don't get why people chose this bank at all. They always have such a big queue before they open. They like changing their own banking options, making you believe that their new options will be better, but they won't be and you won't probably realise it. They put your interview on an audio so that employees won't be able to tell you that they do not recommending you to chose their new options.

Friendly and very professional and either there's credit cards loans mortgages available the staff never hound you for that type of business.....
