I have just spoken to a very helpful young lady at the Hoddesdon branch who told me exactly what I needed to know and enabled me to make arrangements accordingly including providing me with a direct phone number. I recommend callers who dial the generic 0800 number to choose option 4 and then choose to speak to an operator who will filter the call and put you through to whatever adviser/branch you require.

Very good bank, very helpful staff

The cashier (Young guy wearing glasses on 03/02/2021) ,was unhelpful and never apologized for the long wait! The customer services in this bank is not great comparing to other banks in the area. Hopefully I will not have to go back there again!

Need to update their opening times. Went there today to pay some money in and they were shut but website says it's open. realise that we are not in normal times at the moment but people still need to able use their banks. more opening times need to be made available ☹

Very friendly lady on Customer service desk this morning. Think her name was Leiah. Couldn't have done more to help sort out my query.
I have been with Santander for a number of years and other than waiting times for cashiers sometimes being a problem, on the whole I am pleased with this branch.

Unable to open junior ISAs for my kids today.... Because "the lady who does it has gone home early" and there's no one else.
