Friendly and efficient with my enquiry. No complaints.

The mortgage adviser made me feel very uncomfortable. Was not sympathetic to my needs. I would honestly say your better off going to a different branch.

We went down to bank yesterday with my husband and the lady who served him was so rude towards him ,made us feel really uncomfortable was really unprofessional the way she spoke to him,definetely would not like to go back there,thats the reason my husband closed his bank account in this branch.

Just deposited some money into my account, the elderly lady with glasses who served me could not have been anymore condescending! Asking how I made the money I was depositing, as if I'd just robbed a pensioner. Saying that the notes were old looking but continued to process them anyways! Disgusting and ageist attitude! She ought to seek further training!

They mortgage advisor Conor P was absolutely fantastic. When we have bad service from Fareham Halifax he was so quick to help and sort us out. He was always quick at responding and very thorough. He also travelled to other branches to make our life easier. Couldn’t reccommend enough.

Condescending attitude from the cashier who got a number of points wrong by assumption instead of asking direct questions.
Needs much more customer service training in order not to appear hoity-toity.
Tip - don't get a colleague to come and be rude to me once you have failed to be sufficiently dismissive. I was really disappointed with my experience.
