The floor is at street level providing for easy access. Helpful staff. However, wait times can be longer than warranted for a quick branch visit to the bank. Advise making an appointment beforehand.

I bought a new phone, and I couldn’t login my M banking, I went to Harlow town HSBC bank to reset my m banking details, I spoke to Rebekah for help, she helped me about my account details, Rebekah did everything in 10-15 minutes she do have a lot of experience about banking stuff, also she’s very friendly and helpful...

Closed due to lack of staff?!? with no notification on website or Google. Wasted bus journey

Have used this bank for years, the staff can be friendly sometimes, but generally they are dramatic, mostly annoying and can’t even get simple tasks done. Being struggling to replace my expired card for more than a month and it’s stories on stories and a different directive every single time. The most stressful and worst bank I have ever used.

This branch is fully digital. It holds no counter staff and no counters to pay cash in. You cannot pay cash in unless it's through a machine which has low limits. As a branch of the bank it's pretty useless having it open. It had one person in branch and all they told me was how to use every facility other than the branch. HSBC has let Harlow down and I doubt the branch will be open long

There were not even be able to make a big transaction

Shut counters told to go to the post office then get huge charges from them what the heck for.your not doing anything looking at changing to a bank with people at the counters
