Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced! Two consecutive Fridays I have been turned away with my son after trying to open him a bank account. The first occasion after queuing for 45 minutes and getting to the front of the queue we were told there wasn’t enough time to open an account. This Friday we went earlier and told after 10 minutes of waiting to see if we could be seen and knowing the week before’s issue, we were yet again told they couldn’t see us.Terribly delivered, unapologetic with a no interest in a potential new customer. Disgraceful service. Clearly under staffed and unhappy, non motivated staff. Bank elsewhere!

I’ve finally open a current account here, thanks to Ben!

I tried to open an account for a month, it turned out to be too difficult! Even just to reach an operator in the phone I had to wait 40 minutes and they still couldn’t solve my problem. I tried to visit another office in Holborn, unsuccessfully…
Looks like only Kingston office has competent assistants and good customer service. Ben just solved my problem in 5 minutes, without any excuses 👍🏻

Great service today. The team was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and went above and beyond to assist me with my rather unusual foreign currency issue. Thank you so much Kim, Fabian and Alan (I hope I got the names right)! ☺️

They made it really easy to make my first bank account and helped me understand it all.

Long wait times to see anyone (45 mins for a bank transfer) Then when you do they couldn’t do it due to a system problem! No indication of how long the wait actually is either! Just left to sit there.
