I use this branch of Barclays bank on a weekly basis and I find the staff not just helpful, but extremely so. Being a seriously Disabled Pensioner with the aid of a 'Zimmer frame' I find it difficult getting in and out of shops, but at this branch of Barclays, I find the staff go out of their way to assist me. I would like to add, that Barclays attitudes with the public could do well to be copied by other establishments used by the public.

I tried to order a bank statement 3 times they were supposed to the never done it there was a blonde worker which was very rude and had me waiting for more than 30 minutes. Worst Barclays I have ever been to

Worst service ever in a Barclays Branch, staff standing around doing nothing while you queue to use 1 machine as the other machine broken and can only use counter if paying in coins, staff paid for doing nothing. Poor service

Used to be a great bank. Have been using for over a decade without a complaint. Now, with only one counter the queue has been 20-40 mins long every time I visit. There only seems to be one counter. All I want to do is change some old pound coins for the new ones, which shouldn’t take more than a minute, but I have to give up an hour of my day just to do that. With bank branches becoming fewer and fewer, reducing the number of counters is just absurd.

They used to have 3 counter windows, now there’s usually only one. Consequence: big queues. How did they not see that coming? The staff are nice though and I feel for them as the cost-cutting was probably sanctioned by some plonker in an office in the Cayman Islands.

I'm with Barclays for more than 12 years, this is my local branch and unfortunately the service is very poor here. I attended it on the 02/08/21 13:59 just to use pay in automated service, waited outside for staff member to open the door. On doorstep was told that "can't go in as arrived past 14:00" female staff member didn't had a name badge and wasn't helpful at all (slammed the door in front of me as been unhappy to see me with my watch in window to show correct timing). We are allowed to go back to normal life with nightclubs taking hundreds of people/Heathrow Airport taking hundreds of tourist from USA but our local bank branch is still in deep lockdown. 10:00-14:00 operating hours very poor, working class people are struggling to work around this timing.

I ended up dealing with three members of staff and they were all absolutely lovely and handled everything efficiently. I wasn’t a huge fan of barclays for making me go into the branch in the first place but once I got there it couldn’t have been better., thanks all
