I just found out that I was mis-sold an account at this branch. What is most upsetting is that I never asked for this type of account and the sales advisor was so 'nice' and spent a long time with me. I'm now going to change banks altogether and have lodged a complaint. Awful and unethical.

Some staff are really stupid at this place i went to sort out my online banking the lady at the help desk couldn’t do the simplest thing i said that i wanted to unlock my account she had no clue she had no idea what she was doing i dont know her name but she was a short indian old lady when i said that i dont have my bank card on me she requested id i had showed her my driving license she said this is not good enough and that she couldn’t take this as id iv never had someone say they couldn’t take driving licences as id wow she wanted me to bring in my passport like you really want me to go back home and come back with my passport just to prove im the right person i knew everything that was linked with my account and she still insisted that i get bring my passport

The staff is very helpful and friendly. service is very fast

A person that worked there gave me wrong information which made my whole day twice as long as it should have been.

Nikita was excellent , we went to book an appointment at the Southall branch and she helped us to get this sorted she was the only one up at the front desk with a long queue and didn't hesitate at all to give 100% in performance to each individual . She was helpful and managed it all with ease. Thank you for your support Nikita!

Pathetic, there's no one the help and advice desk, standing here from last 30 min,, regretting to open account here

I’m working Monday to Saturday 9 am to 6 pm.
I have 45 minutes break for lunch in that time I went to bank, to deposit cash on Monday that is today. And they were closed for lunch break.

In Southall branch customer service need to improve more as Barclays bank is good service
