the manager is act like she is bollywood actror. i wnt try cash in money coz im such rich guy. lady manager guy kept tell me, 'sir please to the left' and i move bcoz i kno covid cause problem. she ask me x 3 'to the left'. Evenetualy i fell into bin coz to my left was a bin, she then have nerve to say 'please out the bin'

veri not nice. but other wise the barclay team is nice peoplians

Great customer service! Staff so nice, helpful and nothing was too much trouble! Top branch! Tony customer service advisor was extremely patient and so helpful!

I was only to pay-in money but it was fast and easy as there are machine to help with everything but if you are struggling nice staff will help you as well. No queue at that time when I was.

i m trying to get a account from last 3months each time they have new reason.
1st they told me open online it didnot work for me.
2nd when i again visited they told me you need to book appointment in nov they were not free till jan.
thought i went to book appointment for jan they asked me to book it by call
i called them 1000 time no respose.
how a banker be so rude and no responsibility?
when i checked the review it was worth it.
Its humble request to Head office please keep eys on them.

Appalling!! Asked to transfer money to Australis said it would cost £9:50 and take 10 DAYS!! What is that! This is the 21st century for goodness sake and they have the audacity to charge you for it. Went online with Western Union cost me nothing and next day.
