Customer Services had misinformed me about what to do regarding an issue with my account. I was then told I had to go into the branch. The branch then told me that I had to call Customer Services again, only to then be told by Customer Services to go into my local branch. However, after explaining the situation to a member of staff, she immediately worked to make sure my situation was dealt with quickly. Thank you for the help.

I would give 5 stars but I had to push slightly to get myself a good service. As a customer, I expect members of staff to go above and beyond without me almost having to beg.

Understaffed. Waited 35 mins to see someone at 11am on a Thursday. 2 of 4 desks open. About 30 customers in the branch waiting.

+ A lot of those queuing could have self managed through express banking - more needs to be done to understand customer needs and direct them appropriately as they enter

Waited 4 hours in line with 12-year-old grandson would not let my grandson in the bank after 4-hour wait. They let a woman with a child in a wheelchair in before me and only waited 1 minute outside not in the queue. Plus it was his account that I wanted to put the money into. I am 70 years old and waited in the queue for 4-hours.

Andrew Brown: I am a disabled for deaf person. So, there is no counter service here and no passbook to create. How not try to help sort it to it, hm? I don't know what hell going on?! I cannot understand this place... No advance or too busy, no staff to help... Nothing else sense to help. I'm gonna upset with this! I pop to Winkfield Centre to speak Deaf Drop-in Worker and I have words with Adam Startt about Santander Bank could be the problem with this business. Just sad, no counter staff until further notice. Very biggest disappointment! I won't go back again... Just sad at all, no help, just shame... 😕👎

Incompetent staff, takes ages to get anything done. If you can, go to a different branch. This one is ridiculous

Closed Southgate, Palmers Green and Whetstone branches. WHY WHTWHY. Wood green branch socks. 1 cashier, queue into Road. Can't keep my account with this appalling service

“Your account has been blocked, you’ll hear from the back office within 48 hours”. The reason why these people are still on the market is beyond my understanding.
