Lloyds Bank

.. there is an area which says ‘help and advice where you supposedly sit down and someone comes to assist you. Only do so if you have 40 minutes to wait for someone to pay attention to you. Some employees see you waiting and turn their eyes, walk away. Total disrespect to customers who may be dealing With emergencies.

I always find the service at Lloyds Bank in Sutton extremely professional. Yesterday I needed advice with several issues. Sarah Henley helped me complete each one whilst explaining everything in a way that was thorough and reassuring. Sarah was very knowledgeable and nothing seemed too much trouble.

I had an amazing experience today came in opening a account the wonderful lady that helped me with everything I needed her name was Samantha if I could give more stars I would thank you for making me feel welcome 🙏

I needed help to sort a few things out, Louise was very patient and resolved it very quickly, the staff are lovely

Having recently set up an account with Lloyds using the account switching service, I received a courtesy call from Sam at the Sutton branch regarding my new account and how things were going. I'd had an issue when setting up the account and mentioned it to Sam, who then went out of her way to help resolve it within a few working days. A great start to banking with Lloyds, thanks Sam!

It says open on website but I went there it's locked. Shame on you branch won't tell the correct

Customer service is always quick and smooth. Staff is very kind at this Lloyds branch, it's a pleasure coming here everytime.

Gentleman who was on the desk was rude and very unhelpful! The young lady who stepped in was world's apart but took 10 minutes of the man virtually yelling at me for her to step in!
