Opened a business account with Charlie, who’s such a sweetie! Was all done and dusted in a couple of days with no problems. Also, the background music is fab for any 80s enthusiasts like me!

Their motto of Banking made easy is a complete lie. Staff are never helpfull the assistant manager is a vile woman, coin machine wasn't working and staff refused to take coins in at counter, app is forever going wrong

There were no cash machines inside and my mum is always concerned with 'tampered machines' so prefers to take out her money in store.
I don't shop at metro bank and only went here to use the cash machine.

Busy branch with inadequate staff. Aways short of staff. Every time I go there, trying to meet any customer service rep, someone takes the number and there is a wait of atleast 2 hours before anyone sees you. Absolutely pathetic service. The rep says proudly that it’s a busy branch. Which is great so why don’t the dumbo managers get more staff then. Unfortunately I can only see empty desks and no staff. Come on you can do better.

Worst customer service ever, went into branch Sunday lunchtime, there was 1 customer in there and 6 staff members. I said i wanted to open an account for my granddaughter, who was with me, and was told i will have to wait around 20 minutes outside in the sun as there was no one to see me at that time.
I said no as we had walked for 25 minutes to get there, while i was waiting for my new card to be printed, another 2 staff members entered the bank.
So in total, 8 members of staff and 1 customer but no one was available to help me!!!

I went into metro today, and my god was the customer service amazing. I had a young lady called Jenny and she was so excellent. She was polite and when I was like do what ever I trusted you as your doing it and I’m with metro she was professional and said I am still gonna read the terms and conditions out, so if any of you need a good person to go to then go to Jenny.
