Barclays Bank

No staff at 11.00 am, only wanted to enquire about opening up a new account - don't think l will bother now!

Have been dealing with this bank and their fantastic staff for over 15 years, always courteous and ready to help. Have both business and personal accounts with them and never had any problems. Would recommend Barclays, Market Square in Aylesbury to anyone. Derek

I have banked with Barclays for years but need to find a bank that can be bothered to open at the weekend. For those of us working through Covid to keep the country going Barclays offers nothing! And when I used the chat to ask if the branch was open on a Saturday (because Google said it was) I was asked if I was a customer, for my account number, and finally my name before they would tell me if the branch was open or not. Customer Service zero out of ten, support for workers during Covid zero out of ten! Disappointing Barclays, very disappointing!

Is going from worse to disaster! The explanation regarding my interest fee really high let me with no words! Is time for a change and I recommended to everyone who wants to be treated with respect

Have been waiting on phone line for 20 minutes now to get confirmation that Barclays Bank counter is manned until 4.30 as stated. Still waiting. Appalling service. If I could give zero stars I would. Makes mental note to switch Banks.

Richard on the front desk is worth his weight in gold. Fantastic customer service, very personable which is very much needed now the bank is without cashier desks.

The staff are always so very helpful and friendly. Its so lovely to see the welcoming face of Richard. A fantastic branch with staff that are a credit to barclays bank. They all provide an amazing service.

New Year's eve, Barclays stated on The internet,bank closing at 2pm. I and other clients arrived at the Bank at 12pm only to find the bank was closed, despite the sign on the the wall reenthesising that the Bank would close at 2pm.
I am appalled to think that they have so little regard for their clients that they didn't think to put out an update apology for having closed early, that's if they opened at all?
