I was asked to take proof of address to a local branch for them to fax to there ppi team. They didn't bother now it's been delayed by over a month thanks santander worthing

I am very satisfied with the services provided by Santander team this morning, specially John Cross who help me at the worthing branch,
once again its shows that we need our local branch.

I would love to personally thank Jo for her outstanding customer service today. I know the Tuesday after the Easter is one of the busiest days of the year for banks. I used your paying in machine today for the first time & I stupidly forgot to retrieve my card. I returned to your Worthing branch 10 minutes later & waited at your reception desk for help. They were obviously busy, so I joined the queue for the cashier. Having just finished with a customer Jo was clearly 'working' the queue & eventually the cashier referred me to her. She kindly went to the machine, opened it & when my card wasn't there she took me in a private room, cancelled my card & ordered me a new one. However, when I got home she took the trouble to ring me to say the card had been handed in & for me not to worry. Excellent customer service Santander, thank you.

Marvellously friendly & knowledgeable staff member explained & assisted me through setting up mobile Banking. Made to feel welcome if I needed further help.

Having experienced appalling ageism elsewhere, my Santander visit was refreshingly helpful & enjoyable.

Unbearably poor customer service. Was told " tough, remove your cad". With a shrug, when requesting a credit limit increase. Have been with Abbey national/ Santander, for over 40 years. No more, have paid off credit card, and shall be moving banks.

n a recent crisis situation I found the staff en pointe and most helpful. Both on line and in person.

We recently opened up accounts for our boys. Matt at the Santander Worthing branch was very friendly and helpful, went the extra mile and made the process easy for us. The customer service experience was second to none, and we highly recommend the Worthing Branch.

Yesterday, although I have the app, I'm not confident to xfer etc. I went into your branch and a young man called sebastian dealt with my query, he went over n above, writing the process down step by step for me, what a pleasure to deal with some one that takes pride in his career and cares. Though all your staff tend to go over n above.
