Staff are polite and professional even when treated very badly by some customers.

Looks like the staff absolutely not interested to keep customers satisfied. They are rude and not answer tge questions properly, not explain

Came in to order bank statements as need them urgently for SFE. Have been assured by the cashier I will get them in 5 working days.
When nothing came through, called Lloyds line and have been told it’s 7-10 working days.

Very upset as it seems they misleading customers and are not well trained/informed.

I'm very happy from the ladies who works there. They was so friendly and helpful about my case...I want say thank you.... thank you very much for your help!!!

If you have a couple of hours to spare to try and pay cash into your account that you have had with Lloyd's bank for over 30 years, then I suggest this is the bank for you. Just make sure you take every piece of I.D. that you own with you, and also be prepared for a DNA test, finger printed, oral examination, bearing in mind that's just to pay money into your own account. Also make sure it isn't raining because apparently the computers always crash when it's raining, and please don't complain to a member of staff, because your just a customer, 👎.

This branch always got timings problems.

I have always been treated like a valued customer from all the staff i would like to wish them a very merry christmass and the very best for the coming future.
