HSBC High St N Eastham

I had to go there to get my latest statements printed and I could not use the ATM directly as the print does not carry home address which was required in my case. The staff helped immediately and even asked me if I needed a copy in my post. Quick service (weekday at 1 pm) but looking at the number of staff, I can guess weekend to get a lot busier.

Ridiculous bank and terrible queues outside. This bank does not care about customer' s time & needs. They found well searched excuse of covid. If anyone understand please make me too why opening hours are short? Should have been extended due to social distancings. But who will dare to tell them. You can not enter to simply use machines which got nothing to do with corona. All public sectors & services blessed with corona outbreak excuse. Lets hope things will improve as i been to banj5 times and all 5 times came back as miles long queues.

There was a long queue, had to wait outside in the open air for about 35 mins for our turn to go inside. Got scared a little when there were some rain drops fell from the sky. Luckily it did not started to rain. The staff inside were friendly and we got our job done with about 20mins. Thanks. But for the queuing if it was under the roof would be better

John was at the reception desk today and we was thoughtful, resourceful and helpful in every which way. There was a queue heading out the door but he remained calm, he was speedy without rushing people and he was knowledgeable. Thank you 🙏🏾

Short staffed. They’ll have you forever waiting in the que. 30+ mins

This happens every time I go there. I once waited in the que and can see one staff member serving a customer and another staff member just looking around, doing something ?

It’s a shame that, I have to go to another branch with a train and bus just to avoid this sinking ship of a branch. They’ll get rid of you all in time and make you redundant, when crypto takes over and banks are no longer needed.

After applying online for an account since last 2 weeks, there is no response whatsoever. When you walk into the branch they ask you to get physical copies of documents. What age is HSBC operating in and which business ignores new customers walking in?

RUDEST staff ever… Faulty machine, took cash but not showing money deposited to card. Asked staff, ultimately rude and unwilling to help. Disappointed and disgusted
