Virgin Money

Went to the bank in order to open up a new account, my papers where checked and I specially requested an appointment for the next day at 1:30 pm so I would not have to wait because I had to be at work at 2:45. Have arrived at the bank at 13:15, the lady that made the appointment told me to have a seat and wait for 5 minute. I have waited for 25 minutes until I went back to her and she told me to wait another 5 minutes. I waited another 20 minutes then just stud up and left.
That was disappointing, disrespectful and a waste of my time! I will never recommend this....

The staff without exception are unequalled to any others in their profession, courteous, efficient and respectful.
If you should require information or assistance on any matter within 'Banking: these are your people and the coffee is an added bonus!!

I have been with this bank a long time.Ok cashiers have lessened but still you Don't get stuck in a queue like others .Always pleasant staff.

Went to the bank to request an overdraft for the business we have never used them for anything they were hard to get hold off extremely disrespectful and down right ignorant the customer service is disgusting never bank with these people if you are thinking of switching or opening an account do not do it they are pathetic oh and in 18 years of banking with them they have never once approached me for an account review or offer any services truly a pathetic organisation

Rubbish. Cannot get through to speak to anyone. Don't believe my call is important to you
