Recently I left my cash point card in a NatWest ATM. 5 mins later when I realised, I went back to the Nat West branch but they were very unconcerned and told me to take a seat, someone would be with me. I sat panicking that my card might have been taken and was now being used as it is contactless. After 10 mins I was still waiting, so I left and went to my Lloyds branch in LB. They were friendly, helpful, efficient and considerate in dealing with my plight! The card was cancelled, they checked to see if it had been used and reassured me it hadn't. They explained my new card may take up to a week to arrive and what I should do if I needed cash in the meantime. My new card arrived only 2 days later! Just want to say thank you so much and I'm very happy I'm a Lloyds customer.

I have been a customer of Lloyds Bank for 30 years and have recently left them due to a lack of support when you actually need it from your bank. I still have my Savings Account here however. Last week on raiding my piggy bank as advised by Martins Money before the £1 is taken out of circulation completely I went into Lloyds LB to change it. Apart from Paula who is ALWAYS very personable here and asks me how I am (and my Son who banks here) they were totally miserable. I accept I was cutting it fine and appeared with plastic money bags of change for cashing up at 16:25 but I always believe I give a customer first class service no matter whether its the beginning or end of the day. The lady had very long blonde hair and made me feel unwelcome and a total inconvenience. Pretty glad I have defected to Santander to be honest...

Senior staff are clueless with regards to online customer service requests. I was requested to travel to the branch to confirm idenitiy, however the issue was with address change (thanks impersonal/impractical online banking services!).
Staff changed my address and instructed me to reapply. Couldn't reapply due to pending application. Now told that Saturday isn't a recognized 'banking day' so have to wait until Monday. The phrase "time is money" comes to mind, and you've wasted both for me! Nice one.

Local staff are constrained by the Bank's arbitrary rules which completely ignore the customer. Now you can't pay in more than 10 bags of coin per day. Absolutely ridiculous and just means a second trip to the bank.

Banked commercially with Lloyds since 2004 used this branch locally since then & with lloyds personally all my life. Needed to get some ID & proofs verified. Nobody wanted to help, the irony being one was a Lloyds bank statement. Everyone was rude that I spoke to especially girl on deposit desk and seemed quite smug with it. Poor service, massive culture change there, will only use when I must. Lost their personal touch!

Abysmal service considering all I want to do is arrange a meeting for a specific day. This is no reflection on the LB branch as I have yet to speak to anyone from there which is a shame as they have never let me down in over twenty five years as a loyal customer to them. The telephone and on line system is next to useless though.I wasted over an hour and a half attempting to get a conversation with a human being ,only to be told no appointments in area for three weeks which was no good for me.Not happy at all with a company I have always had confidence in.would I recommend to others ? After my experiences today ....NO

Understaffed and dodgy ATM machines. Last experience was the ATM machine eating my card and therefore needing to be replaced. The one person working at the bank was unable to retrieve the card whilst doing other tasks

Not too busy at time of my mid-morning visit, two tills available, short wait, helpful and friendly cashier who dealt with my query quickly and efficiently, good social distancing in place.
