Great bank with solid network. Sadly, be weary of poor advice aimed squarely at processing the queue and for you to come back later at any cost. Unhappy premier customer.

Having issues with an HSBC charity account. Chorley and Leyland closed and Blackburn woefully unhelpful after being advised to take change to the post office. It seems if you have cash no one wants it? Last stop Preston. Greeted by a young man who I unloaded my issues to, who smiled and sent me to a counter upstairs. A wonderful lady then helped me out and sorted all my issues and provided me with relevant forms and the full information for us to carry on banking with HSBC. To that lady thank you!

The worst bank in Preston. Staff is so rude takes an hour just to get a simple thing done. Staff is just sotting there not attending the customers. Stay away from this bank.

Had an amazing experience there. Opened my bank account there which was easy and fast process. Staff is cooperative and professional. Mr. Rory and Miss Rebecca offered a professional and customer oriented approach. Though it was Rebecca's 1st day there as a staff but she was generous and kind and had a very positive approach to her customers. App is handy and easy to use. Highly Recommended.

Visited the branch on 24/01/22 to attend to a personal banking matter. I was told by the manager who was on the front desk that my wait time would be over an hour. I found this ridiculous as she was sat in front of me and could have easily attended to the matter herself within a minute or two. When I entered the branch she had been chatting to her mate at the front, she looked terribly inconvenienced that her personal gossip had been interrupted by a costomer who had the gall to ask for help. I had zero confidence that my matter would actually be resolved. Terrible customer service, do not use.

shockingly bad customer service from the branch staff who left me waiting for over 1 hour 40 minutes. A large portion of the staff are unprofessional, extremely rude and not helpful in any way. I was made to feel like a criminal because i asked for a letter of evidence to show i had been in branch. My personal account were discussed openly with around other customers with no privacy. I raised a complaint and in retaliation the actual branch staff blocked my account as revenge leaving me with no access to my funds. Tracy and Cathy need to be sack from gross misconduct for what i have been made to endure.

Whilst in branch on Friday I was made to wait for assistance and was horrified to see a customer being abused by a female staff member for asking for proof he had come to branch.
The lady was shouting at the poor chap and airing his private matters in front of the waiting area and entrance to the branch. But this is nothing new for this branch as the staff are mainly rude giving out inaccurate information, speaking down to people and deliberately making them wait for over half and hour.
The majority of staff are vile and toxic as can be seen from past reviews.
