Santander

I don't usually make bank reviews but I felt the service I received here was very good and quick (I closed an account in no more than 5 minutes). That's all I expect from a bank, very nice.

I can't go to the branch on Saturdays because it's closed. Most people are working during the week. A modern bank should be accessible when it's convenient to customers.

First off, they aren't open on Saturdays which is wild. Secondly, when they are open you wish they weren't. Also the automatic doors once closed on me, trapping my shirt and we couldn't get them to open again until a member of staff hit an emergency opening button. Not really their fault but it was funny.

I used the counter, bit of a queue but they couldn't have been more helpful.

Okay in general as a bank but if you need to visit the branch the opening hours are terrible, and be prepared to queue (especially around lunch time)

THE friendliest, kindest and most helpful team of people I have come across anywhere, EVER. Every member of staff here is professional, courteous & absolutely lovely. I don't live local but I would travel all the way here just for the customer service. Amazing people.
