The staff in Lloyds Bank Llanelli are extremely obliging, polite and friendly.
I am always greeted with a welcoming smile and this needs to be replicated in other establishments in the town, hence helping to restore the "community spirit" which is sadly lacking in today's society.

Lovely interior bank with exceptional staff that are eager to help when I-need of assistance. Machines are slow when depositing money.

Been waiting for four weeks for a debit card on a business account. It has been so frustrating. The call center experience leaves you wishing you had not botherd. I would give a score of minus 5 stars.

So rude!!! I went into the new branch requesting a new card as I needed a new bank card and they said I would be getting my new one within the next 10 working days several weeks later I go to ring up the bank and they say that the card was never even ordered. I have no idea why he advises didn't order the card when they said they did but I'm extremely disappointed at the quality of service of this branch.
