The Co-operative Bank - Cardiff

Staff are nice but the way things work in this bank is just so bad. They make it difficult to get help

The branch in Cardiff managed to lose my account passbook and despite phoning on numerous occasions no one ever answered the phone.

Good bank, friendly staff and never too long a queue. Looks a bit dated, but good to have an ethical high street bank.

Made an appointment with me, it snowed I was not contacted to tell me it was cancelled. I called the help line to see if this branch was open they said they were. I walked trudged through the snow to find out it was closed. Second time i've been given bad info and they wasted my time.
Wish they would get their communicate better.

I love being with the cooperative bank, Cardiff branch is a perfect example.

Taking too long to answer calls cant wait to move banks

Co-op went down the pan in the last few years. They are woefully incompetent and don't care when there's a problem. My card keeps getting declined despite having tons of money in the account.
