Very bad customer service even they are not smile and say hello to customers do not open account from HSBC!!

Staff are not welcoming very bad customer service I experienced

When I had problems opening a bank account hsbc helped me out. None of the other banks wanted to help so Thankyou hsbc.
Staff are polite and friendly.
When I lost my card over the weekend, the young lady there was extremely helpful and kind.
Wheelchair access.

Try to get hold of someone is impossible im not with HSBC my mother was . She past away and trying to close her account should be simple enough but no . I've been in twice I've given them my information deaf certificate my driving licence on both occasions. They want more information and I'm to go to the website on doing so I have to log in to speak to someone .None of the so called digital help is at all helpfull to say I'm annoyed would be an understatement
