I don’t think anyone worse than this lender exists. Once you have borrowed there is no exit. You can’t change bank account, can’t pay by bank transfer and can’t pay by debit card. There complaint handlers would vehemently deny your issues. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. APPALLING IS SMALL WORD FOR THEM

I had one of the best experience of customer services ever without interacting whit a real person.
All the process, from taking a loan to close the loan and pay the debt it was simple , clear , user friendly.
Haw is expected, in a digital era, there been little problems but I address them through chat and the issue was solved (thanks Jack :) ).

Who ever had the brilliant idea to invest and built this type of business HATS OFF.

Hi everyone ,
In this case: I missed the payment on March 2022 which I accept to keep this record as a missed payment on the “ClearScore” credit reference agency ( my mistake-I accept )
However following monthly payment was processed  on time by the direct debit up to date, when on the credit reference agency console showing as those following months recorded as a missed payments as well.
Was on the phone with the lander “ LiveLand “ , recorded both ends phone conversation;
“ LiveLand “ Agent : We will keep recording / updating credit agency’s each month as a missed payment , even if all another your monthly payment was or will be paid on time after the March 2022 , until you will clear the missed payment which was missed on March 2022 - SHOCKED 😮.
Basically they keep sending the false records to credit agencies.
So is-it the right thing by the conduct authority and financial low, to keep the wrong credit records on the customers files, if those payment was paid on time, and lenders are lying ?!
To clarify the situation for the following procedures; I pass all the info to few agencies , such as  “ClearScore” , “ Experia “ , “Equifax “ and another financial institutions with following quotation: can they accept false data and keep displaying this false records on those platforms, and provide wrong info for another landers or creditors?
It’s my personal experience with this Lander , and it’s not the best. Will see what answers we will get from agencies.
Shame can’t attach the the files wit it.

Absolute garbage of a company, I should t bother calling them, if it isn’t on the script computer says no. Waited nearly 3 weeks for a response to a valid complaint to receive a computer generated one, not even a call to discuss it - Shambles! On the plus side they did offer me £20 which I declined and offered back for staff training or new calling scripts. Give these clowns a wide birth!!!

The reason I have given a 3 is their settlement fee is more than yo owe, I have never experienced this anywhere. I don’t know how they calculate their interest.

Process was quick and straitforward money borrowed was in my account straightaway, the issue I have is that they never reduced my rate as promised by themselves if your credit score goes up they reduce your APR, we'll they never did reduce mine, I called them and they told me my credit score did not go up enough, that's a lie I know what my credit score was when I took out their loan my credit score went up substantially but no reduction on Apr, would I use them again, probably not

Do not fall for the Clear Score trap with this company. Advise that interest rates will go down as credit score goes up. What they fail to tell you is that it isnt your clearscore credit score they go off. I spoke to them about having difficulty paying and heard nothing back from them.

This company is awful. I have taken a loan with them and never missed a payment! my credit score has gone up by at least 100 points and not ONCE has my payments been reduced. live chat is non-existent. there is no number to call customer service AND they do not respond to emails. absolute let down.
