Called in to ask about upgrading an account from basic to having a debit facility. The account has been held for over 15 years but was told to make an appointment where proof of identity was required, photographic and residential.! The date for the appointment was set but when I got home I realised that the date didn't tally with correct day!!! Not impressed

Staff are very helpful!

My query was dealt with thoroughly by a patient young lady with a soft Scottish accent. She put me at ease from the onset as she could detect that I was struggling.
