I have the impression that they used to have more staff to help the customers that want an one to one private chat... Premier customers also used to have a better service.. I presume the Central Office has cut down the staff budget... however the staff in place, on the desk or by the door are always willing to assist you... Lots of things can be anyway done without any major hassle through internet banking! The branch itself is located in the most central point of Gorseinon close to the bus stations and to nearby free car park ..

Putting one star as I can't put zero. One mature man on the counter not at all welcoming or helpful. I wanted to make a simple withdrawal from the Gorseinon branch. I was asked if I'd written a cheque??? I had not. He passed me a slip that i had to complete - not sure why I couldn't use my debit card as is the way in just about every other bank. He also asked for ID even though he had my debit card and my signature and I have banked at this branch for 50+ years. I am now asking myself why. I was made to feel like I was a nuisance. Disgusted with the service.

My son recently used this branch. Was devoid of customers and when he asked for assistance to pay into his accounts was told that hr had to do himself (he has ms)...cashier watched and twiddle her thumbs. No wonder the public prefers not to use this branch...
