Staff are really nice and helpful and i feel comfortable while banking here ty guys :)

just moved into the area, took in a check to pay in, was the only oe in the queue, good for a saturday morning, stood by the Q rail while one woman customer chatted at the window to the one cashier, waited for about 5 minutes, another customer arrived to queue, he waited about 2 minutes and gave up, so I stood there like lemon. woman still chatting gave up after about another 4 minutes... cashier doesn't seem to give a damn, came pst some 10 minutes late, still there... no wonder they firing all staff and installing machines.. or is this a welsh thing,,, same at morrisons, lazy staff?

Not enough Welsh speakers but otherwise good service for.a small branch. NOT OPEN SATURDAYS which is a pity, amd makes nonsense of the long and very critical review...

Well the bad laughing from the staff do not help could not care about the customer and for this I leave the bank and going somewhere else

terrible stuffs and service visited this branch for seeking help of my business account but i was just treated like a criminal and got abused and threatened me to call the police just because the way i look !! it's such a shame Barclays employed them !!
