Central Baptist Church

Went with my Carer to sit my open university exams the site was difficult to find but that’s the fault of the Ou not the church for giving poor directions
The church itself is big inside with disabled entry and is fully accessible with a lift to the first floor where the exams were held over all the site is good for the disabled but if like me your non religious it does seem hypocritical entering such a building

Good central location for taking exams. Temperature was just right, though the speaker at the front could have used a microphone, I couldn't hear a word she said from the back of the hall!

Meeting place with good facilities and central location

People seemed friendly, my daughter enjoyed going to.Sunday school, really well.organised. Really enjoyed worship and the preach and communion.

Absolutely awesome. Please visit from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon every Sunday

Unfortunately during these somewhat adverse times the people of our country find ourselves in I have a terminally ill father currently in Chelmsford and was advised by my brother to visit the church recently for a covid check before visiting my parents home and I can't thank the magnificent staff there enough for their magnificent professionalism and at great personal risk for their guidance and helpful attitude in tha assistance of others,may I please pass on my thanks and commend them all for doing a brilliant job and I look forward to my next visit,thankyou all so much,you are absolute heroes and heroines X

Always sure of a warm welcome by friendly people. Definitely a place to belong and feel at home. Something for every age group.
