Particularly friendly and diverse. If you resent Churches, or if you'd like to meet new people in a safe environment, with free refreshments, this is somewhere worth trying.
Of course, it's also a great place for those familiar with Churches already, with an atmosphere that no one will find too traditional nor too modern.
There are people happy to listen if you're hurting and need someone to talk to, and events during the week in addition to the Sunday service.

It's also a venue to book for events - with a large hall, a good kitchen and extra small rooms in addition to the main building in which services are held - it was perfect for my sister's wedding, when the service and reception (inc meal and disco) could all be held at the site.

It was impressed upon myself to attend this church earlier this morning.
The theme of the service was in regard to Deuteronomy 4:1-14 and a futher study on 'rules' and how they (rules) are important to professed followers of the Faith today - the problem i had with what was being implied by the pastor, is that rules, which 'are' a form of legalism, which is considered 'works' and therefore 'not' what we, as adherers to the New Testament, which is that of 'grace', a non-meritted form of salvation and 'the' reason 'why' Jesus Christ died for us on the cross - that we might have the free gift of eternal life through repentance and faith (and not by adhering to a set of rules).
The parable of the 10 virgins and old and new wineskins ought to cast some much needed light on this subject (that is if the Apostle Paul' message re the subject is not clear enough).
The pastor also mentioned that adding to, or the taking away from the Word of God was not wise (which i, myself, quite agree with), but then 'why' these added rules?
Furthrrmore, i noticed that the Aplha course is promoted here, when diligent study reveals that students are potentially exposed to 'defiling' spirits (dont believe me? Go look at the origins of where the so-called Torronto-Blessing had its beginnings under Kenneth Copeland and others).
It is not my intention to sow discord among fellow followers of the faith and our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ: but i strongly feel i would be doing fellow followers and believers a dis-service by 'saying nothing' (contrary to Ephesians 5:11 and 1 Thessalonians 5:21 and John 8:32).
Again, i am not attacking any 'person' here or their personal integrity, but when the stakes involved are that of ones very soul and eternal life or damnation, then i feel this statement is more than justified.
Yes, the laboures of the LORD' harvest are indeed few, but then so are those who actually pass through the narrow gate.

Test the spirits 'regularly' to see if they are indeed of the GOD of the Holy Bible.......Amen.
