I wouldn’t go anywhere else because I like things that are natural and loving, which is WBCH! Dog friendly too !

I was really nervous about attending back in January, but it is one of the best choices I’ve made so far in 2022! Such a warm, welcoming community with a focus on inclusion and acceptance. Powerful services that always are thought provoking and emotive. Would recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful place, and people, to help their faith.

The most welcoming church around!!
Worthing Baptist Church is a very progressively thinking family church and have welcomed myself and my partner with open arms. Super friendly group of people! Can’t recommend Worthing Baptist more highly to my LGBTQIA+ friends and allies out there 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

Everyone I've met at Worthing Baptist has been so genuine and kind. I stumbled on the church almost by accident and was immediately taken by the kindness of everyone I met there and the emotional impact of the sermons, which are always beautifully written and delivered. I deeply appreciate their dedication to inclusion -- they are truly a church for ALL people.

Really happy to have found this church and feel so at home here. The vicars Mike and Peter are welcoming, inclusive and genuine and get to know people as individuals. Unlike other churches I have been to, there isn't a cliquey or judgemental vibe. The sermons are thought provoking and interesting, looking at well known parts of the Bible anew, with an open minded approach that is culturally and socially sensitive. The focus is on finding the truth of the message in a way that brings people closer to God and eachother, not in a guilt or fear driven way (which I have experienced elsewhere), but more in a way which enables people to feel free to be themselves in the knowledge and safety of God's love and acceptance. Everyone has been so friendly and approachable from the first time I visited.
