I attended a very welcoming and encouraging evening service, with reasonably lively worship and solid teaching. It belongs to the Baptist Union but doesn't seem to hold to a liberal viewpoint.

My friend invited me to Barn dance which is organised yearly around this time of the year. It’s lovey experience with my 2 girls aged 5&8. The families are nice and the community is very warm and welcoming. It’s a lovely and heart touching experience.

Great welcome with coffee & croissant. Warm comfortable informal atmosphere with children & young people, families & elderly all included. Modern worship led by a band. Excellent biblical teaching which does not shy from explaining Scriptures "inconvenient truths" & applying the Bible to how we should live as followers of Christ. Come & see for yourself!

Always made to be very welcome at Colchester Road Baptist Church. Church is very family friendly and the children who attend are always smiling from ear to ear. I highly recommend.
