Very Nice and considerate and welcoming People in the church. As soon as you walk in your asked if you want a hot drink tea, coffee, hot chocalte whatever they have in they will offer you with biscuits aswell. For those less fortunate than others they give bags of shopping to help you and its not like some places where you get afew tins of aldi Baked Beans these Friends give you Tuna ,Salmon,Tetley T-Bags ect, all good quality food. Our friend had moved to the area with nothing and they helped her with bedding ,cutlery, clothes for her and her child.ect, Ive heard they had an amazing toddler group at one time but for some reason they had to shut it down(no doubt something to do with the politicaly correct Health and safety spoilers) what a shame wede love it to start again and would give it all our support to help maintain it. "Hope" church isnt full of church pews and praying times ect its more of a Welcoming group of friendly folk who love to help with no strings attached.Unlike any other church in highbridge the first thing your shown is the collection box asking for money. It feels like a real pleasure to be able to give Hope Church Afew pound because you can see they arent filling their BMW's up with Fuel like other churches. You can see they are spending it wisley on helping. They cook a sunday lunch once a month.Hope church offers Hope and just keeps on Giving.
God Bless Hope Church. Im a Burnham Citizen But theres no place like Hope Church here. And its worth the travel to go over to highbridge's Hope Church to spend a hour or two chatting and drinking tea.reading the daily news papers wct, kind of like a youth club for adults except its free.

I can’t praise this church or the wonderful people who are involved in keeping it going. A real community hub.
It doesn’t matter if you believe or not there’s someone, some help for everybody.
A drop in on a Wednesday morning CAB and others on a Thursday. The food bank. Sewing on a Tuesday. Quilting for all abilities.
All welcome. Relaxed and fun.

Jade is the minister to speak to.
It does feel comfortable in being there and feels as good as home. I have been attending a few services and have always felt better for my visit.

A genuinely welcoming place for all, irrespective of faith. So much good work is done here to support a community that is, at times, really struggling. I can't praise the congregation highly enough.
