Zeyara Shisha lounge

Great atmosphere, not too loud like most lounges, so I nice place go smoke and talk with friends. Shisha was good, great menu, nice looking place and friendly staff.

Waited a while for a drink we ordered but they apologised and didn't include the drink in the bill. Overall prices are a little steep.

Great place for shisha, coffee or dessert. I’ve been here many times now it never disappoints.

Disappointed to be fair. My wife and our friends visit this place regularly. Every time we've been we have had no issues and kept it as our go to. We had built good rapports with some of the staff there and they always show us love back. Yesterday 19/09/20 we chose to come here after a long week at work. We were first told that there'd be a wait for a table which we didn't mind. 2 minutes later i was told by the waiter that because I was wearing a tracksuit we wouldn't be allowed in. To be honest, I haven't heard of such a weird policy. It isn't like this is a upmarket shisha lounge when it is located behind a domino's store. What I didnt appreciate the most was that the waiter had told me this message had come from the manager himself. I would have appreciated it far more if the manager would have come and said it to me himself. Regardless, I cant fault the workers but I can fault the manager for being a coward. Probably the last time we'll come.. and the cheek to charge service charge when you're a cash only, tax evading business making issues over a tracksuit.

The Shisha was good, but it took a while to arrive. The coal change wasn't as regular as other places to the point we had to ask for it to be changed and had to wait a further 10 mins for someone to change it.

The staff are very friendly, drinks were good and a lovely atmosphere. Just the experience with the Shisha let it down for me.

I found this gem quite by accident, just off gantshill, had some snacks and shisha,. Had chops, masala chips, and chicken lahori boti, everything was prepared and presented in a very nice way. The chops were the best I have ever had, we were served by very attentive and friendly staff.
We chose Irn Bru and blueberry shisha, which we thoroughly enjoyed, thank you for a lovely evening 😀

Wrote a good review a few years ago but I've visited this year and the place has changed.

Drinks were really overpriced, paid £8/£10 for juice in a small glass with no alcohol! Cocktails with alcohol cost the same so it does not make any sense! Shisha prices have also sky rocketed and it's crazy as it's not Central London its Gants Hill. The food was reasonably priced, not the best.

We went on a Saturday and it was quite busy. We had a party of 4 and were sat at the smallest table in the restaurant which I don't mind as we did not have a booking. We were told by two staff that we were gonna be seated at a bigger table when one opens up. They never got back to us and two bigger tables were already free for a while, so we had to go and seat ourselves.

Also, it's cash only still?!
