For a snack that brings you back - Highly recommend the CornDog Trio. Tasty hot dog (sausage) - surrounded by a deep fried cornmeal batter. But the best part are the fried shallots and crunchy bacon bits that polish it off.

Great service, super quick and really friendly staff. The food came quickly and hot and was delicious everyone I was with enjoy every piece of it. The milkshakes were great the atmosphere was great a really good place to go for a relaxed but tasty meal. No stressing and super friendly staff will definitely be going again!

The food is simply mega, if you like BBQ or southern American cooking, you'll love it here.

DELICIOUS!!! Staff were really attentive in making sure we had everything and that food was good - it certainly WAS! The platter was amazing and all the meat was tender + juicy. 100% recommend the pulled pork nachos for starters and the rainbow watermelon salad was super tasty. All fresh and it was served quickly. I would say though - next time I go I might skip the starter and have a desert afterwards instead because It was SO filling and delicious but couldn't possibly have anything else. We got to take leftovers home as well in a takeaway container which was really good and will be enjoying them the next day! Definitely an experience and, as previously said, the staff are super friendly + welcoming AND obviously fantastic food.

First time visiting a Hickory's and I'm so glad I chose Gresty Green to celebrate my birthday the other week. Staff were incredible and so welcoming, I had a birthday plaque ready to greet me on our reserved table and endless supply of popcorn throughout my meal. Meal itself was quality as well. Looking forward on coming back soon.

What a lovely place to eat. Such a warm welcome and friendly service all staff very helpful. Food was superb 👌 😋 and not only that such a happy and beautiful place for all even outside area for dogs if you want to sit outside, a cosy side sitting area with warm blanket if a bit cool.

Great service here and very welcoming 😊 Nothing was too much trouble for staff to accommodate for us. Drinks were amazing and refreshing.

My meal wasn't the greatest for me, the waffle was a bit too sickly but the chicken was amazing and I had fries with it too ❤️.

Haven't had a really raving restaurant meal in the year we've been here and we loved eating out in Cape town, South Africa. But last night we went to Hickory's in Shavington and Wow! What awesome food! The brisket was melt in the mouth, and I'm not a big Red meat eater and my son had a cowboy steak to die for. Atmosphere is really awesome and service really fast and great! We will definitely go back💞
