My Brother came here to get his hair cut on Saturday as he is a regular and got sent away due to the shop apparently being closed. Even though they had another customer already on the chair having theirs cut by one of the men whilst the other man sat on a chair talking. He came to the shop at 5.05pm and asked for his hair to be cut but a due to him getting sent away he then had to find another place that will cut his hair last minute. Baring in mind, the shop shuts at 6pm, so it's not like he went when the shop was almost closing, it was basically an hours away. After getting sent away, he went somewhere else and came back after having his hair cut by someone else, the shop was still open and had another person in the chair. But its okay he will NOT be coming back so now will be loosing out on a regular customer. So he will now be spending his money somewhere else.

Great barbers, great guys! I personally have Dilo sort my do out, but it’s because he knows exactly what I want and we have a good craic, not because the other lads aren’t also excellent. They always take the time to make sure you are totalling satisfied and that they have sorted everything out for you. Hey, I’ve been turned away before, politely, because these guys are on their feet all day cutting hair and when they’ve got some one to finish and it’s getting near closing time they need to take a break! Give them a try!

I visited Clitheroe to see one of my friends. He was adamant I get my haircut from his local barber. At first I felt sceptical going to a new barber as always this never ends well- we've all been there! But boy was I wrong, upon entering we were greeted in a very professional manner. Once it was my turn for a haircut, I only had to explain to the barber what I needed once, from thereon he simply uttered the words 'leave it to me', and that that he absolutely did!

I can honestly say this is by far one of the best experiences I have had with a barber, from the finished product to the overall customer satisfaction, these guys really do go above beyond.
