Smooth Hound Barbers

I called to make a same day appointment which was done with no problem. Upon arriving at the barbers the receptionist was talking to another customer so I wasn't acknowledged for five minutes and I just stood there waiting. Eventually the other customer left and I told the receptionist I had an appointment. He checked his diary to confirm my name and I was asked to take a seat and asked if I would like a drink. After waiting for 25 minutes without anyone coming to talk to me and with another customer coming in after me and being seen to straight away I decided enough was enough and put my coat on to leave. As I was going through the door the receptionist shouted after me "are you sure the appointment was for today!" Unbelievable!!
Not a great way to deal with a new customer and I certainly shall not be returning or recommending this business!

Since finding smooth hound about six months ago, now wouldn't go anywhere else, the barbers are excellent and all the staff are friendly and I am sure I will get around to using all the services from hair cutting to luxury grooming and treatments.

I came here to have a bad haircut sorted out. Since then I've been nowhere else because the whole experience was fantastic. Highly recommend Orrin, hipster by name and a hipster by nature.

Very good. Booked online using Booksy, been a couple of times now and always been pleased with my haircut. Very modern barber shop. Suspect they can cope with most modern or classic cuts.
