I've taken my son to numerous places and then discovered Ed's. Ed and his team are extremely efficient and take the time to listen to what you need and provide great advice. My son feels at ease and is always happy with the results.

Ed's place is a like an old school Barbershop, lively atmosphere always great banter. Last visit I was offered Ed's amazing coffee skills with a double expresso and even a couple of Jaffa cakes.

My favourite barbers in Watford. The pricing is excellent at £14 for a regular men's cut (as of July 22). The staff are all super friendly and I've never had a bad haircut in there. A1 stuff!

I had a really good skin fade done here a few days ago, and it’s clear the main barber is very skilled at it. However, my beard line up was done poorly which was disappointing to say the least. The line was taken up too high and it was obvious despite me telling him to not adjust the line at all. All in all a great place for a good fade but I certainly wouldn’t recommend the beard service at all.

I went to Ed's for the first time in 8 years today since leaving home, having grown up just around the corner, and having come here regularly when I was a kid. Ed still remembered me and my family, and what I'd been up to since — he's just an absolutely lovely guy.

I definitely don't get my hair cut as frequently as I should, so I know it can be a challenge for barbers, but Ed totally nailed it. The shop is clean and professionally put together. You're comfortable if you've got to wait, but still paid attention to. I also arrived just after the nearby schools had gotten out, and can definitely confirm that they were great with dealing with kids too.

Great to know that Ed's can still be relied on for good solid service after all this time.

Ed's is the best barber shop in Watford in my humble opinion. I've been a customer for many years.
Ed and Omar are absolute gentleman. Nothing short of a perfect haircut each and every time and at a reasonable price. I get my kids hair cut here too.
