I would like to share my Grandfather's experience from 11th of April @ 1.00pm. Aged 83.
He has used your services a good number of times with no complaints, infact he has never had a bad word to say, until now. Even my nephews and brother have never book an appt with yourselves, just sit and wait. Whom ever he saw, told him in a very very disrespectful manner, do you know the law ? You have to make an appt, like i said he has never book an appointment, EVER before.
Can i add that there was not 1 customer in your shop. no one waiting.
You made my grandfather feel totally embarrassed and uncomfortable and humiliated. Then he had to walk to another barbers, who treated him with the dignity he deserves.

Another Fantastic haircut at Carlo and co! All of the staff are friendly, professional and make me feel so welcome. Phil cut my hair today and it might just be the best haircut I’ve had! Will always choose Carlo and co as my no 1 go to barbers in Letchworth!

Would not recommend anyone with a toddler going here, walked in and the guy tried for 2 minutes and gave up, saying toddlers are different everyday so try again a different day, in the ‘trying’ he cut his fringe and nothing else, so we left covered in hair and a cut fringe but nothing else, didn’t even crack a smile for a toddler, not kid friendly at all, if you can’t cut toddlers hair, don’t do it at all and dont have it available as an option

Brilliant Experience as always. I had the wonderful Phil cutting my hair on Sat 11th Dec '21..... He was funny , friendly and always Professional ! The place is clean and inviting and on time with their booking system...A Fantastic experience all in all .

It is probably best to book an appointment which you can do on their website or via booksy. I didn't but was lucky enough to wait only 20 minutes for a gap in the bookings.
The owner was pleasantly chatty and it was good to see a trainee learning the craft.
A business that so clearly invests in its future is commendable to me and suggests the better likelyhood of consistent service.
I was happy with my cut and the pace of service, since I was waiting I was offered tea but that might only be because it was a quiet day. It was a good cup of tea in my opinion. The website had the correct opening hours but Google was in error. Since it was during the holiday season I doubt this would be a problem normally.

Really friendly and welcoming barbers, every member of staff were very welcoming. Haircut was excellent too and the price was reasonable, will definitely be back again!

Thanks Phil for accommodating me at short notice. The new decor and refurbishment looks fabulous along with your skills. Came out with a good haircut and beard trim. Would definitely return again and recommend to others.

Were very nice, didn't force conversation and were understanding and helpful after I told them it was my first time at a barbers and honestly didn't understand how to tell them what I wanted. Additionally, they have fixed errors made in a previous haircut.
