Walked in 3pm, before I could have one foot in the door... ''do you have an appointment'' no hello, no greeting no warmth. Responded and told them I had not booked yet, was is ok to get a hair cut?

One barber cutting hair, one not. "Nothing till half 4" fair enough, so I went to local cafe, had a coffee and lunch. Returned at 4pm ish, same barber had a different customer, same rude guy was cutting no hair still. Stayed till 4.15pm, still only one customer in the joint, decided to leave and cancel my appointment. Clearly the barbers/management are trying to encourage booking, which I appreciate. But there is a better way to do it, and saying hello to people might go a long way. Don't mug your customers off for the sake of proving a point, try actually asking them to book next time. But what do I know, only been in customer service for 28 years.

Good haircut, listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered. Couldn't fault them to be honest. First time I have used them and would deffo go back.
Can understand why some may not enjoy the environment as it's young(ish) lads playing rap music that want/like to talk about football, but that is right up my street so no complaints here.

Firs barbers I came across in Ware, had my haircut today and overall it was 5/5 stars. Good service, good haircut, good chat. Little touches included taking my jacket and hanging it up for me. Will be going again.

Been trying barbers in ware for a while but this one takes the cake, brilliant guys, (Glenn is outstanding), first barbers to make suggestions for the best look (that turned out brilliant) listened to suggestions from me and carried them out. First barbers to actually do my beard better than I do. Nice job lads, will definitely be my go to barbers👍

I've been having my hair cut by Dan for around 4 years and couldn't recommend this place enough. The guys here are top quality and know their stuff. Booking is super easy using the booksy app, so no more waiting around for hours in the barbour queue. If your in and around ware/ Hertford, you really should be using these guys.

Easy booking online, clear pricing structure. Turned up 5 mins early luckily as notice on window says CASH ONLY. Quick trip to Tesco's cash machine and ready to go.
Haircut very professional, Covid secure, polite service.
