Love the team at Hugo Barbers. Great interaction discussing the cut and style, never had a bad result or experience. I’m always grateful for the offer of a cup of coffee when I arrive and chilling on the classic leather armchairs and sofas while you wait

Without a doubt the best service I've ever had. An extensive consultation, working out exactly what cut I want and need. Then once it's agreed they move on to cutting and shaping. Finally they style and help explain how to maintain my hair properly and correctly style it to the cut I've had.
My hair is generally a pain to cut and work with as it's thick and curly, but these guys smash every time

Through recommendation of a friend, I visited Hugo’s and Dylan was absolutely brilliant with cutting my hair today. Dylan was accommodating and explained the process of his mindset as I had requested for him to decide the style. Dylan was sure to point out exactly what he was doing and why. Dylan completely changed my style but for the better. Worth every penny and would recommend anyone to this brilliant place. Will be returning on the regular.

One of very few decent barbershops that offer hair washing as part of their service. Dylan gave an excellent consultation, gave good advice and listened to what I wanted. Friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend

Hugo Barbers is still THE place to go to get my moustache tidied up. Even though I tidy it up every few weeks myself, Jacob manages to give it that something extra that keeps it well-shaped and full.

Every time I walk out the shop, I feel like I've got a haircut that's ready to go straight out the box , but that it's still going to look great 6 weeks later.

Hugo Barbers used to be the best barbers in Winchester no doubt about it which is why I have been getting my hair cut here for over 6 years and always being impressed with the quality I received (which was well worth the price). However, due to recent changes in management they have scrapped the old rustic but clean “gentlemen” look and gone for white bare walls which I think definitely takes away from the experience and furthermore the quality of haircuts I have received has been appalling as with new management has come a completely new choice of staff. For example, I asked for a long messy fringe and a short taper fade (my usual) and before I knew it the hairdresser had cut off half my fringe to around 2 inches in length and then used the excuse that the fringe has to be the same length as the rest of the hair (which is the complete opposite as I asked for). So overall, if you want a haircut you didn’t ask for at an extremely overpriced rate, then by all mean definitely go Higo Barbers.

Jed was super friendly and did an exceptional job. Customer service and attention to detail were outstanding!
