Chaulden Barber Shop

My 2 year old had his hair done, the man was very patient with him and so gentle he almost fell asleep, that never happens!! Thanks guys he looks dapper 😉

My first time here and was great! Friendly staff and was very quick. I will definitely be going back!😁

Not impressed at all. The lady seem to have a bad attitude and carried out a very basic cut. She also turned the chair and left me facing waiting customers for a few mins which was very awkward. She never apologised or explained why she walked off and left me there. I asked for a beard trim which she ignored and never did it and I was left with hairs all over my face, no offer of a tissue and she didn’t even style my hair or ask if I wanted any product. One of the other members or staff was vaping right next to me in between cuts. Very unprofessional and just a really odd atmosphere. Won’t be returning.

Possibly one of the worst experiences I have ever experienced in a barber shop. Took my son and I to get a Christmas haircut - the barbers were using bad language, loud and seemingly drunk from the night before (their words not mine) not what I wanted my son to hear!!!

The haircut was bang average. Lazy barbering using quick clippers for everything instead of using scissors to give a better textured finish.

I won’t be returning, I highly recommend to AVOID especially if you have children. My son was very upset on the drive home.

There are lots of Barber shops in Hemel Hempstead and I've tried most of them, but Chaulden Barber Shop is my favourite.
I will continue to return.
No stress with parking either, plenty of free spaces.

Not as good as the lads at the Hemel Barber Shop that used to be down on Lawn Lane, but tbh they were pretty good and they did do the impossible and made moi look good for once💁‍♀️🤳

Overall very welcoming and a real good atmosphere, ratio of banter to professionalism was perfect and it was pretty good to have a good coffee whilst waiting...

Oh yh, almost forgot to mention I Drove from the other side of town and it was really good to see they had a great selection of Parking spaces which meant I didn’t have to look out for the parking warden🙄

New place but same staff, very good lads with great customer care and cool hair cuts..I dont mind driving from Adeyfield.
