Excellent barbers, always make sure to get my haircut here. Friendly, straight-forward and competitively priced.

Not the greatest fade and left a lot of uneven hairs. If you're in a rush and on a budget go ahead, but if you want a bit more quality look elsewhere.

Barber was rude, and did not follow what I want for my hair, despite reminding him. Wouldn't return and wouldn't recommend.

Wanted to donate my hair so I visited Lui's for a buzz cut--the barber kindly offered the haircut for free & said to pass on the proceeds to the charity. Friendly staff & a nice visit!

I use to like going there. However, last two times they either did not cut my hair properly leaving big holes or 1-2 I'm difference in levels even when pointing out that this is left. The last last time guy cut my both ears with a clipper and also half-cut my hair leaving uneven hair that looks like me trying to be a hairdresser. Up to recently, I liked the place and guys but they just do not care about customers and provide bad service.

My 4yo needed a touch-up after an at-home haircut. He is afraid of the buzzer so he kindly did a great job with scissors. He was great with my son/ fast and very nice. The haircut looks amazing. Thanks!

Asked for it to be cleaned up, keeping the same style, but barber shaved half my head down to a 1 within a minute. He then proceeded to try to convince me it was the only way to cut my hair, despite my having had this haircut for years without cutting the sides down to nothing.
