My mum made an appointment on recommendation today. She booked and asked for a wet cut and blow dry , after 6 months without a hair cut she wanted a decent cut and style.
She was in the salon no more than 15 minutes.
The stylist didn’t wash her hair but proceeded to use straighteners on it then cut it dry.
Mum was left with flat, unwashed , unstyled and worst of all uneven hair. She felt there was no care or attention given to her receiving a professional cut or salon experience.
Mum is too timid to write a review but I felt compelled to leave an honest experience to avoid anyone else being disappointed.

Great service as always and the new structure with bookings and social distancing is working well, if anyone is unsure about getting a cut at the moment please do give it a chance, you'll see very quickly when you walk in that you're in safe hands

Was passing through and dropped in on the off chance. Had a great haircut, very professional and clean. Staff here are brill. Amazed to see this plave had a Bitcoin ATM so I bought some and it was so easy. How cool is that. A barbers with a Bitcoin ATM. Great show

Fantastic experience. Went for the first time off the cuff in the hope they could rectify the mess left by my last barber.

Phoned to try and book my daughter in for a hair cut and he was very rude over the phone stating they were closed... its the more the way he spoke to me and then just put the phone down. My partner loves coming here but after today I don't think she will be now.
I Will not be returning here. Got my daughter booked in at image's instead and they were more polite and helpful

Been a couple times as due to Covid not been able to go to my usual choice as not been travelling to the area of work. So was apprehensive trying out somewhere different as I've been using the same place 10+ years.

The online booking system is easy to use and very handy to set reminders etc, easy overview of available appointments.

Had hair cut with Mike who provided a good service and easy conversation. Felt safe when there as place is spacious.

Prices also reasonable. Would recommend.
