Gould Barbers Havant

I've had my hair styled about six times now by, Lee. When I first went to see him, I didn't really know what style I wanted. Lee suggested two styles that he thought might suit me. He explained to me what they were. One was fairly traditional and short, the other was longer which, Lee thought would look better. That was the one I went with. I'm glad I followed his advice, and was extremely happy with the result. I would highly recommend Lee as a top men's barber.

Gould Barbers 💈 is located in the Tesco Store. Lots of parking spaces and there is a lift & escalators. The barbers is to the right of the store as you walk in, turn right before the barriers and walk past Timpsons, the coffee shop.

Had a booking for 3.00pm after a wait a customer came in and got served first. they might be good good barbers but their customer communication / service skills needs improvement especially as I raced to get there to be on time for my appointment. I had a choice of 3.00 pm or 3.20 pm I don't think it would make any difference as the booking system is not adhered to. I left with out a hair cut!!

Booked online as wanted a haircut for my 18 month old and was concerned that he wouldn't be able to wait patiently if we just turned up. Arrived on time for my appointment and there were two members of staff who were already with other customers. I took a seat and tried to keep my toddler busy for 15 minutes, in which time they did not even acknowledge my presence, let alone let me know how long I could be waiting. At this point I left as I was feeling very upset and annoyed. I'm used to feeling invisible, being a new mum and having a buggy with me all the time, but honestly this was beyond a joke. I would not recommend for anybody with small children as your custom is clearly not valued.

Cannot recommend enough. I have severe anxiety with barbers and hairdressers, so its not often I get a cut. Matt was extremely chatty which chilled me right down, and he talked me through the entire process of what he was doing and why. Walked in looking like a hobo and walked out looking fresh and presentable. Matt worked miracles on me, and I will be coming back.

Love this place, the other half can shop in peace whilst I get a haircut. The fact you can book is perfect.

Upon arriving I was greeted by Lee who immediately came across as a cool genuine guy. Not only was he cool, he also gave me a cut that grew my confidence levels to another level. I've never left a barber shop feeling this happy before. I'm not one to type reviews but this guy deserves credit.
