Golden Scissors Turkish Barber

Went in absolutely stinks of B.O was only me waiting and before i was just about to be seated asked and made sure that contactless payment was ok, he replied no cash only which is pretty bad given global events of late.

I only had an hour spare as was stopping through for work, asked where the closest cash machine was so i could withdraw cash, it was just outside, was back in the shop in less than 5 minutes in which time he had sat someone else down to get there hair done and couldn't have cared less.

Probably did me a favour as the smell of the place probably would have made me throw up

After almost 4 years always have a relaxing and efficient tidy up. Lucky Ali is the best!!
These barbers do great work on facial hair and a great modern haircut too. Thoroughly happy to recommend highly

Cut was disappointing. No initiative, simply the bog standard...and barely that.
Barber smelled so much of smoke I could barely inhale.

A year on, im still coming here. Staff are very welcoming, i get tea and banter plus i leave looking sharper than the razors they cut my hair with.

Fantastic. Very friendly and patient with our little boy who WAS terrified of getting his haircut and now loves each visit. I would highly recommend this place.

Asked for a grade 3 short back and sides, and got a grade 1 up the sides. It turns out that the 'barber' didn't speak a word of English and simply nodded to everything. When i asked to speak to someone that understands english, the manager came and explained to me that they always start by using a grade 1 all the way up the sides...standard practice apparently! Needless to say, i went to headcase to get them to complete the haircut:)
