I have been going there for years, yes they do take their time cutting your hair and you might have to wait a little while to get seen but the hair cuts are always to a great standard, I would rather they take 20 minutes cutting my hair than 5 minutes and it be a production line.

This isn't a Salon with college students practising hair cuts. You don't need to phone up and book, just go down and wait, some people find that difficult it seems.. I'm not sure why people feel the need to leave bad reviews because of a phone call? Didn't know phone skills determine the quality of a hair cut...

Without doubt the best barbers I have ever used. Beware of fly by night imitations. These guys are seriously good barbers who take their time to do an exceptionally professional job every time. Sure, you can get a cut quicker and cheaper somewhere else but not to the same standard.

Got turned away at the door because they don't do "womens hair" I am a trans man and me and my husband both tried to explain that "that's fine I'm after a man's cut". I'm used to experienceing transphobia but this just made me feel degraded and dejected. The ignorance that was desplayed in there by all members of staff should be addressed. equality and diversity are lost concepts to these people. Went to a barbers around the corner and he was more then happy to accommodate me and did an amazing job.... Lesson learned: avoid these bigots.

The shop is well laid out and a nice environment. Matt has been cutting my hair for a couple of years now and it has always been a good job. He is professional and friendly. I will definitely go back again, very impressed with the job matt did. Having read negative views about this place it's mainly about waiting times because the staff like a chat, I waited for about 15 mins and my haircut took about 30/40 mins. They do like a chat but I think that is a good thing. I think the negative comments based on that are unjustified.

Good barbers but absolutely ridiculous waiting time, staff so busy talking to friends that it took over an hour to do a straightforward haircut. This will be my last visit here, over an hour’s wait with only one person in front of me. Never again, I walked out and went elsewhere.

Best barbers in the area. Excellent Covid procedures, I felt totally safe, temp taken on entry, sanitise hands/sign-in setup, heard them say ‘no mask no entry’ couple of times and provided masks, seats are distanced, work stations sanitised before I sat in chair. Top class cut as always, and no queues. Highly recommend.

Without doubt the best barbers in Fareham. Very friendly staff and a comfortable waiting area. Haircuts are always spot on. Great value for money.
