Broadway Barbers

I have been using Broadway barbers for my toddler boy for more than one year now and service has always been outstanding. I booked my appointment for 12’s and under for 16:30 with Richard. When my barber show up he set up the toddler chair I apologise and explain to him that he would not sit down I need to sit down with him and I explain in advance that my toddler still getting used to get his hair cut and I will need to hold him down. For this last year that I have been using Broadway barbers every single one of the barbers been very supportive and understanding including a junior barber (Ben). Richard said he can not do it because he pulled his back… I gave him a confused look try my 2 years old on the high chair and he moved. I explain to him again the situation, he said he would not do it. He did not try it just out his hands on the air and said “I am not doing it”. The other barber lady that was there (copper, shoulder length hair with glasses) said she wouldn’t mind to do it but she had a booking, if her booking didn’t show up she would do it, she was very lovely. When I was about to leave I ask to the gentleman name, he got really offended and ask me if I was going to complain, I said I would like to share what happen today, since Broadway Barbers always offer top service and top barbers. I went out got a water and on my way back Richard stopped me on the main road saying he is talking with his manager, I was very confused because that honestly is none of my business. He hang up and try to start a confrontation with me on the main road saying that is manager said it was fine, i walk out, went into kings barbers got my boy hair cut (under 10 minutes) went back into Broadway Barbers to show that it was done and Chesham does not have a shortage of barbers. The lady barber in there was lovely and and the sort of 5 star staff that Broadway barbers normally have. AVOID RICHARD, I definitely will not be back there again or neither my husband.

New to the area I found this place.
The ladies do a really good job in cutting my - medium long - hair.
Really friendly too.

Best Barber's in Chesham, I won't go to any other place. Best to prebook with Booksy app but they do accept walk ins.

Been a few times and very friendly and professional. Usually have Ann but this time had Harry. Nice guy who did a really good job! Top work Harry!

I have been to this barbers twice since moving to the area, and both times they have been great. Really happy with my cut, and all the staff are very personable.

Would definitely recommend.

I accept that my hair was long but the hairdresser was rude and seemed to resent the business. He spoke in a patronising manner and appeared to want to finish as soon as possible. The final result was unprofessional - I think my wife could have done a better job.
This was one of the worst haircuts I have had the misfortune to experience.
Broadway barbers are rubbish!

Great prices, always a good cut and trim and friendly service. Would recommend.
