I've been coming for around 7 years now (they had a branch nearby in earlier years however, they switched in recent years) and they've been accommodating and kind for the most part. Cuts and trims are good, as well as the barbers' special designs, however, I don't think taper fades are their mojo. Customer service could be better but at the end of the day you're paying for a haircut and it will eventually get completed. Overall great shop, 4 stars.

Very rude. Received nothing but attitude once I walked in. After waiting an hour to get a haircut, the Barber questioned my request for a high taper. After coming to an agreement, my hair was a little damp which he then got frustrated and made a scene about not getting able to cut my hair while damp. Although I thought this was ridiculous, I offered to let someone go ahead of me or dry my hair with paper, he then continued to carry on about my hair being damp and publicly shaming me for having damp hair. Bearing in mind they have hair dryers in there so that could of been a simple solution but he continued to make a scene so I left.
Terrible customer service.
