Friendly and competent personnel, long opening hours, great location. Have been cutting my hair there for a few years now and I wouldn't have a single complaint. For me is a perfect little barbers shop in the very centre of the town.

I wouldn't call them barbers. The person who cut my hair didn't ask me what I wanted, and was more interested chatting to a friend in Turkish for about 15 minutes, I said only use grade 4 clippers on the sides and back and my hair turned out a lot shorter than that. Stopped him from going shorter on the top, thankfully. They need to be more customer interactive and ask what the customer wants and maybe go to other reputable barber shops and see how it's done.

Horrible experience - very unprofessional. Talking on the phone all the time while doing their jobs. The guy was very rude and really hurt my neck and at one point I jumped up from the chair and noticed blood coming out from the skin and a week later I still have burnt mark back in my neck - stay away from these people!

So I went in with a beard to my collar line nice thick and just needed it cut an inch shorter and styled up for maintenance showed this clown and that’s the word I’m going to use clown a picture of what I wanted he says no problem and then proceeds to shave my beard to a number setting it’s uneven in so many places he doesn’t understand face shape clearly or how to cut a beard in the slightest I grew up around barbers my friends are barbers and award winning at that
I only did it as I was staying in Cambridge a few weeks and wanted to look sharp for customers
This guy needs to go back to barber school
I was so angry I nearly went back
His technique is so off it’s like he had just watched YouTube to learn that day also seemed like they don’t like black people as my other half felt uncomfortable

I've been going to these barbers for year's and never had a nasty session. Highly recommended. It may be small with limited staff, but tell them what you want, and they will help you out.

It's very friendly and good service. My son really like this place and myself as well. Reasonable price always. Definitely recommend for everyone.
