Was my first time going to jones barbers after searching for a new place to go. The staff are friendly and welcoming and I left satisfied with my haircut. Definitely gained a new customer 👍🏻

Asked for a LOW DROP FADE & TINY AMOUNT off the top as this is how my hair normally is but was a bit overgrown so needed a refade and bit off the fringe and top. left with an uneven high fade either side where the left is faded way higher than the left and way too much off the top. I now have to regrow it which will take weeks.

Worst experience I ever had. So bad that I had to rush to other barbershop to sort it as would not go to work next day otherwise. It was patchy and completely different to that I had asked for. Never return and now one advice. Stay away.

Jones barber shop was really good. They took time into my cut making sure that my skin fade was on point and the same length and height, focused more on the cut than the pay which is brilliant, staff are friendly and good to have a chat, barber shop is nice and modern, and the trims are fresh, and amazing, I love my hair! Thankyou Jones barbershop 100% coming here again!
